·        “Virtual Office – New School”: $285.00/month – 75% /25% split until you reach a cap of $10,000. At that time - $285.00/month – 95% commission

·        “Standard Split – High End”: $285.00/month - 80% / 20% split.

Who is this for? This is for the agent who works from home who generally has a production of at least 5 transactions in the previous 12 months. All of your calls will go directly to your cell phone and all of your faxes will go to your e-mail. You will be provided with forms and will have full access to color and black and white copies, etc.

·        “Standard Split – Let’s Keep It Simple”: No monthly fee – 60% / 40% split.

Who is this for? This is for the agent who works from home who is looking for a conventional contribution option. All of your calls will go directly to your cell phone and all of your faxes will go to your e-mail. You will be provided with forms and will have full access to color and black and white copies, etc. To qualify for the 60% / 40% split, agents must have closed a minimum of 5 transactions for the previous year. If an agent has not completed 5 transactions and wishes to be on conventional option, they would qualify for a 50% / 50% option.

·         “I Need Space – Old School”: $1250.00/month – 95% / 5% split.

All of your calls will go directly to your cell phone and all of your faxes will go to your e-mail. You will be provided with forms and will have full access to color and black and white copies, etc.

·        “I Need Space! – New School”: $325.00/month - 60% / 40% split.

Who is this for? This is for the agent who needs an office space who generally has a production of at least 5 transactions in the previous 12 months. All of your calls will go directly to your cell phone and all of your faxes will go to your e-mail. You will be provided with forms and will have full access to color and black and white copies, etc.
